Attempted Delaware County Homicide Case Dismissed

Recently, a partner at Giribaldi, a Delaware county firm, represented a client in Springfield District Court.   The client was wrongfully accused with Attempted Homicide in the first degree, two counts of Aggravated Assault, and other related charges.  The client was looking at extensive jail time if convicted.
